We currently deliver only within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

  1. Shipping Fees
  • Peninsular Malaysia: RM 10 per order.
  • Sabah and Sarawak: RM 20 per order.
Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  1. Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 business days.
  • Sabah and Sarawak: 4-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or courier delays.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly on the courier’s website.

  1. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable:

  • The courier will make 2n additional attempts to deliver your order.
  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
  1. Lost or Damaged Items

We take care to ensure your order is securely packed. However, if your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Changes to your order (e.g., address updates) can only be made before it is shipped.
